Because many AlienBornOddities products are handmade, one of a kind, or created using natural and delicate materials, please review product descriptions and photographs carefully before purchasing.

Returns

Unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, all sales are final.

We generally do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Buyer’s remorse
• Accidental purchases
• Natural variations in bones, crystals, insects, plants, or other organic materials that were reasonably represented in the listing
• Minor differences in color caused by lighting or screen displays
• Damage caused after delivery through improper handling, storage, wear, or care

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photographs of the item
• Photographs of the packaging if the item was damaged during shipping

Please keep the item and its original packaging until we have reviewed your claim.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, partial refund, or full refund.

Because many AlienBornOddities pieces are one of a kind, an identical replacement may not be available.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows that a package is still in transit or appears to be lost, please contact us so we can determine the appropriate next steps with the shipping carrier.

If tracking shows an order as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location and with household members, neighbors, or the carrier when appropriate.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with shipping issues, but refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered will be evaluated individually based on the circumstances.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address during checkout.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs if they would like the order shipped again.

If an order has not yet shipped, contact us as soon as possible and we will make reasonable efforts to update the address.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

For custom, personalized, or made-to-order items, cancellation may not be available once work or material preparation has begun.

Custom & Personalized Items

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was agreed upon.

Natural Materials

Bones, skulls, crystals, insects, preserved plants, and other natural materials are inherently unique.

Natural variations, imperfections, markings, coloration, asymmetry, minor cracks, or similar characteristics are not considered defects when they are inherent to the material and reasonably consistent with the product listing.

Refund Processing

When a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times after a refund is issued are controlled by the payment provider or financial institution and may vary.
